OPET’s Annual Meeting took place Saturday, July 24th 2004 from 2 to 4 pm at the Spohrs Gardens. The meeting was open to all OPET members and any other interested parties. A short business meeting reviewed and reported on OPET's past year's activities and voted on new board members. A Spohrs Gardens member presented a brief history of the garden.
Following the presentation, attendees sampled the Pond from the Spohr Garden dock and toured the garden. Equipment was set up to demonstrate the sampling techniques used in the ongoing study on the health of Oyster Pond. Spohrs Gardens volunteers answered questions about the grounds.
