OPET is a non-profit organization with an elected Board of Directors and officers. Two new board members were voted in at the Annual Meeting July 2007. The 2006-2007 Board Officers are:

Clerk: Bill Kerfoot

Board Members are: R. Max Holmes, John Dowling, Dana Rodin, Peter Valtin, Carl Breivogel, Susan Gagosian, Al Allenby and Barbara Doe. Art Silverstein stepped down from the board during the year and was replaced as Spohr Garden representative by Martin Monk.

OPET Board members are allowed to serve only so many years in succession.
